About Us
Synergy Group is a real estate development company based in Surat, Gujarat, India
We have developed, or are in the process of developing, an aggregate development area of 12,00,000+ sq. ft. spread out over various commercial, residential and land development (plotting) projects, of which ~6,50,000 sq ft is currently under construction.
Our journey began with SNS Synergy, an office complex located on the Surat-Dumas Main Rd. Thereafter, we developed 3 plotting schemes in the next 2 years and in 2012, we commenced development on the first of our Central Bazzar chain of shopping complexes, on Varaccha Main Rd in Surat. We subsequently developed an additional 4 Central Bazzars, including the Venetian-themed Central Bazzar - Veneziano.
We are currently developing Central Business Hub, a 3,50,000 sq. ft. mixed-use commercial complex on Parle Point Main Rd, Surat and Central Business Hub, a commercial complex in Navsari.

Our Company
The group was founded in 2010 by our Director, Anant Agrawal, who hails from a reputable business family in the city which has been in the real estate development industry since 1970. He holds BCom and MBA degrees from the South Gujarat University, Surat. He is an active member of CREDAI.
Synergy Group stands on three pillars-faith, integrity and excellence. We have committed ourselves to providing customers with sustainable real estate incorporating the highest standards of building safety and design. Synergy Group has always believed in creating a comprehensive building experience by designing spaces that are, at their core, functional and free flowing.
We have been at the forefront of creating projects with unique themes, starting with our plotting scheme Raj Vilas with a Rajasthani theme, Veneziano built on a Venetian theme and Central Business Hub on an Art- Deco theme

ANANT AGRAWALDirector
Anant Agrawal (BCom, MBA - Finance) is Director of Synergy Group and coordinates all activities of the company. He founded the group and hails from a known business family in the city. He founded Synergy Group in 2009.
ANURAV AGRAWALDirector
Anurav Agrawal (BSc, MSc) is Director at Synergy Group and oversees the communications and operations side of the firm. He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in December 2019 with a master's in real estate economics and finance.
AAROHI AGRAWALDirector
Aarohi Agrawal (BMS - Finance, MSc in Management) is Director of Synergy Group and oversees communications and execution of the firm. She graduated from UCL (University College London) in 2024.
