Central Business Hub Parle Point

Central Business Hub is a retail and shopping complex located in one of Surat’s most upscale neighborhoods, in close vicinity to the retail hub of Ghod Dod Rd. It stands at the intersection of the Parle Point Main Rd and an arterial road which leads straight to Surat’s Marriott Hotel. Inspired by the Art-Deco architecture of early 20th Century Chicago and New York, the design harkens back to the ritz and glitz of the Roaring Twenties. The complex is comprised of retail on G+2 levels, all shops being road-facing, and 10 floors of office space. Amenities include four levels of parking, cafeteria and rooftop walkway and restaurant. The total area is 3,00,000 sq. ft. and work is expected to complete in 2025
